Demand for digital transformation capability to drive innovation and business outcomes in the Northern Hemisphere was at an all-time high.

On-the-ground product and delivery expertise in the region was not present, and a thought leader was needed to uplift Americas and EMEA staff with these skills.

Embedded new ways of scoping, prioritization and related product practices that aided the delivery of time-sensitive business initiatives.

Double-digit % increase in delivery and leadership capability confidence assessments. 

Created shared product language and reusable artefacts.

Aligned and implemented critical organizational strategies by influencing and coaching senior stakeholders, regional heads, and executive directors.

Uncovered and remediated 600+ hours/month of manual work and enabled 100% on-time completion of 400+ regulatory actions.

Double-digit % increase in agile maturity scores across the dimensions of team dynamics, customer focus, technical practices, and organizational culture. 

Developed and launched the enterprise's first externally-certified Product Management course

More than 500+ staff globally upskilled in Product Management, OKRs, and Agile methodologies, achieving NPS scores consistently above 80+.
