Agility and beautiful, invisibly present leadership

After an action-packed May, I’m happy to finally be able to share what I captured from last April’s Business Agility Conference in New York, a gathering of agilists in the Americas, and a space to hear from organizations their challenges and successes around business agility.

As you can surmise from the jam-packed notes, it was two full days of insights and learnings from industries spanning technology, law, education, government, and beyond, on topics covering the intersection of agility, purpose, change management, DEI, ESG, and more. 🤯🤯🤯 Extra goodness coming from connecting with a group of, quoting David Dame, “beautifully, invisibly present” leaders, too!
